The website gives information about the house and lets you contact the owner. No bookings or payments are made here: dates and prices are always confirmed by talking to the owner.

This website collects no personal data: it has no forms and uses no cookies or tracking tools.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, the owner of the house is responsible for your data. We use it only to reply to you and, if you book, to manage your stay and meet legal obligations such as the guest register. We keep it as long as needed for that and as required by law. We do not share it with anyone unless the law requires it.

The server hosting this website logs technical connection data, such as IP addresses, for security.
